I would be more concerned about the 2nd to 3rd issue. It sounds like the drill mod might take care of it. If the clutch is engauging and releasing fine, but the pedal is soft, then that's the way it is. Where exactly is the pedal when it starts to engauge. That would be a better indicator as to the condition. You won't be bitching when you're stuck in traffic with a soft clutch though. My left leg used to be twice as big as my right leg. I used to walk in circles as a result.
