Well i bled it again several time, i jack up the driverside and first bleed, **** load of air, same with the next then i went up a little higher, little more came out, but still the pedal isnt firm like i would like it, but i also checked for full release and it does fully release now, but i still think that i am driving a ticking time bomb, time to save for the 6-speed!

I remember reading somewhere on tech about a bleeding method that seemed kind of odd. Pump the pedal a bunch of times, like 20-30, and then just crack the bleeder screw. Repeat as necessary and the pedal should firm up. Obviously have a hose on the end so you don't get fluid all over your new clutch.

I tried a ton of differnt bleeding methods, but never a vacuum pump. A vacuum pump seems promising though. No matter what I tried and how firm I got it by bleeding, it always firmed up more when I drove it around a bit.

Its got good travel, but idk, just not firm, i am going to get a vacuum pump and bleed it again, if i pump the **** out of the pedal and look in the reservoir there are little white bubbles rising to the top, but i think thats just from cavitation.

Ya, no buddy would ever rod the **** out of a supercharged truck, they would just drive it around like an old lady,

Your soft clutch feel is the result of the style of clutch it is. Diaphragm clutches don't have a stiff petal because of the way the mechanical advantage works on them. If it fully disengaging when you press on it, and it's not slipping when released, then it's holding fine. How hard it is to push doesn't mean it's not a good clutch. The clutch in the 512rwhp LS7 Vette I tuned on was easy to push, but holds 500+ hp no problem

Well im ok with that, but sometimes the pedal just feels funny, i guess i will just have to do the drill mod and try to get the pressure up!

I would be more concerned about the 2nd to 3rd issue. It sounds like the drill mod might take care of it. If the clutch is engauging and releasing fine, but the pedal is soft, then that's the way it is. Where exactly is the pedal when it starts to engauge. That would be a better indicator as to the condition. You won't be bitching when you're stuck in traffic with a soft clutch though. My left leg used to be twice as big as my right leg. I used to walk in circles as a result.
