Default The Circle D Billet Front

A little video we put together showing the manufacturing process on our billet fronts. The forging is a custom tooled part made for us proudly in the USA. The forging goes through a 4 step process on our in house CNC machines. Having capability to make our own billet fronts from scratch allows us to continually update and perfect every aspect from durability to bling. Enjoy and let us know any questions...

Work of art that's for sure. How many hours of machine time do these take?

While I won't discuss exact times, 10 years of experience lets us take 65 pounds of raw metal down to the ~ 12 pounds of billet bling in just a few hours.

If any of you guys are in the area, we love to give tours....

Have you guys been doing any big power th400 converters for centri blowers?

I havent been real happy with my ptc, and while there other high end builders out there, there is a lot to be said for not having to ship the thing all over the country if I think it needs to be tweeked.
