Caltracs: Remove middle leaf or overload leaf?

Default Caltracs: Remove middle leaf or overload leaf?

Which did ya'll do and why? I removed the overload as I thought it was mandatory, but now I'm reading guys removed the middle leaf instead.

Removed middle leaf with my assassins. I didn't think you had to with cal tracs though? Only reason I did was because the mounting bracket is in the way of the middle leaf

How is the ride in the rear when you don't have any preload on the leaf pack?
