Default calipers ??

i know the vette calipers are aluminum but what about the truck ones (front). im going to start on an unsprung weight diet. and i think the 2 piston vette calipers will fit on my truck 05 with bigger front brakes

noone knows what the truck calipers are made of ????

I have no idea if they are aluminum. Have you tried the magnet test on your truck calipers? Have you compared the mounting flanges of the two vehicles to see if the calipers are interchangable?

i didnt even think of a magnet!! yes they fit the 05's

it was last weekend!!! i was gonna tell you the other day but that truck came up on us. we went to SCR and on the way down there me and michael got cuffed, stupid cop didnt even have a radar in his car and said we were speeding and racing .... lol. on that run i got decent traction but still not a dead hook, it was cocked a lil for about 35-40'

cop part sucks but good run. thought you taking the n2o out? were they moving fast in the staging lanes?

yea but the whole story is funny as hell ill have to tell you one day. well i was taking it out but im gonna use it now..lol. **** them guys know how to move some cars it was moving along real quick, and any little slip on the track they would go check it and reprep if needed
