Yes they will. You have to tell them when you order that you have a flip kit.

must have added it recently then, sorry, the "clank" is from the bolt that goes above the spring rubbing on it, that can be fixed with a piece of rubber hose but will wear through eventually if you drive alot.

THey have had that set out for some time. A couple of years ago I ordered a few sets and one of them I ordered for had a flip kit, actually, I think it was 2 of them.

Anyways, they are noisey, and they will make the rear suspension very stiff if you leave them loaded. Leaving them loaded is the only way to make them semi quiet though.

A easy fix to the noise is removing the link bars when your daily driving it.
That's what I did. It's easy and mine has been noise free for over a month and a half now. Yes the 3/4 rubber hose trick works, but like stated above, it will wear through. It's very easy to replace if you insert the bolts from the outside in before mounting the leaf eye up to the hangers. Then you can replace the hose section whenever you want.
I've been thinking of what to use that would allow a nylon tube to go over the bolt. That would last a lot longer.
The bars will only be put on when I go to the track or if I get a wild hair or something like that......

Maybe he would prefer to just use them at the track and not deal with the harsh suspension and noise ....

If I weren't so lazy, I would have done the same thing.
