Default Cadillac Escalade help

Well the boss says that the escalade has been acting up here lately, so I had to go pick it up and it's going back into the shop for the 3rd time. The dealer says that nothing is wrong with it except the light for the stability control. Yes the stabillity control service light comes on every once in awhile but the damn thing will just cut out at times. Then you can be turning and it will rev up to about 4kRPMS, kinda like kicking it into neutral. I've only had it do this to me when I turn right. Also going down the highway, the RPMS will bounce from 1300 to 2700 even when you have the cruise set or holding your foot in the exact same place. And if you take off faster than normal, it will run up to about 5kRPMs but still excellerates good, but won't shift. If you let off it will go ahead and drop, but as soon as you give it gas again, it runs back up to 5k. Was kind of thinking it was the tranny, but there is other times it will act just fine. Anybody got any ideas?
