Question C-Clip Eliminators????

Im putting the ol' G80 under the knife next week. Its been broken for over 100,000 miles now and I figure its time to give the right rear tire some help. I plan on keeping my factory 3.73 gears and install a TruTrac diff as well as a full bearing and seal replacement. I want to build the rear end so I don't have to worry about it for a long time. My goal with my DD truck is (one day) a ball park of 400rwhp. My question is should I consider the C-Clip eliminators or are the C-clips fine for my DD truck. Any help or explanation will be greatly appreciated.

your rear disc brake setup already acts as a c-clip eliminator so they are not needed.
