Built Tranny and 3600 stall in.....traction is now a problem
#11
How do you like the 3600 for easy streetin' vs WOT ****-n-git?
I was being talked into a 3600, but wasn't sure how it would make the truck act doing city cruising. I have traction issues too, but it also depends on the street surface. Hot asphalt helps, but concrete pavement shows no mercy.
I just roll into the go-pedal from a dig. Downshifts aren't too bad, but I'm still working to unleash the power out of my tune.

cal tracs and slicks for the track is what you are probably going to have to do. The 20's just arent that great for traction when you start laying down some real power. I have KDW's on mine and when boost comes in it gets out of control. That is around 30 -40mph. It will even spin my 28x11.5 ET Streets if I am on the street with them, but at the track it is a different story.
