Default Built 4l80 to my np149 transfercase question

Hello guys and gals I just recently bought a performance transmission and I went to put my transfercase and there not the same size I'm gonna call my builder tomorrow but want to see what you guys thought. Have you guys ever had an issue bolting a 4l80 to and np149 the bolt pattern on the transmission is smaller the the transfercase. Didn't know if some of them are different they didn't want a core they just built it brand new for me

What isnt the same size??? you will need to change out the input shaft on the t case, but the t case should bolt up to the adaptor...
