My truck sits 3/4" higher on the passenger side. Just wondering if I could install a 3/4" leaf block on the drivers side to equalize things?

 

For me, I used a spacer on top of the coil spring to drop it down 1in.

 

I have lowering shackles in the rear and my drivers side is one notch different than the passenger side.. it sits perfectly even now

 

 

terravast4, that is interesting so you installed your shackles in different holes?

 

This is quite common.

 

So along those same lines, I could install two different leaf blocks in the rear to achieve an even stance? For instance: 1 inch for the driver's, 1/2" for the passenger?

 

Yes. GM actually used to sell a lift block. They put one on my 06 SSS to fix the lean. It worked.

getting a new leaf pack for the drivers side is one way to fix it as well. to alleviate the front lean a spacer on the coil is an option if you have coils up front. the drivers rear spring sags over time seeing as the majority of the weight in the vehicle is on the drivers side as is the fuel tank. it blows especially when you lower them it exacerbates it more.
