Default Break setup question

I just did the 14bolt swap on my truck and went from the 2000 disk breaks to the 06 drums. My question is do I need to change anything with the master cylinder or vacumme pump or anything for them to work properl. I believe the master cylinder was malfunctioning before I removed the old rear end so I just need to know before I buy a new one should I get one that is for a drum set up or does it matter. Thanks in advance for any advice.

If you need to replace it, get one from a rear drum brake set up.
