Default Binding on take off.

Hi everyone, new member here. I have an 01 Silverado Z71 extended cab, 4l60E trans. At times when I try to accelerate from a stop the truck does not want to move, I continue to apply more throttle and it feels like something breaks free and the truck accelerates normally. No evidence of brakes binding, all wheels spin freely when checked and no accelerated or uneven pad wear front or rear. Master cyl is new, hydro boost converted, ( problem existed before and after conversion).Im wondering if this could be the drive shaft slip yoke binding? Very intermittent, trans is not slipping when this occurs.
