Default Belltech Drop???

I am puttin on a Belltech 2/4. And I need to know if someone can get me some advise on how to put the front springs in. What is the best and easiest way to put the front springs on??? I know I need a jack, jackstands, and all that good stuff.

My trucks got 3" coils and the easiest way i've found is to not mess with the ball joints they can be a pain in A$$ to break loose. i always secure the coil to keep it from shooting off like a rocket then just undo the back bolts on the lower control arm and gentle lower its and remove the coil. i've done 3 trucks so far this way and it seem to work the best for me
