bellhousing has a peice broke off

Default bellhousing has a peice broke off

think i could just have this welded back on, or should i just get another bell housing???

If it were me I would replace the whole housing. Where it broke will now be a weak spot. So I would replace it. Just my $0.02

I would roll with it, check for a crack thowe. It isn't at a bolting point, the tranny member holds all the tension off of the trans...

I would grind around it to deburr and go with it ,

clean up the break make sure theres no cracks from the break, and youre good to go
