Default Ball joint question?

Are theses hard to change. I need to lower ball joints. I was quoted 145 for both and alignment and install for 350 which i thought was high. This is from Gateway. how hard are they to change?

It took me a few hrs to do one, the hardest part is cutting and drilling out the rivets

I didnt have any rivets. Just use a ball joint press and your all set. Nothing hard about it. O and get a fork for popn the ball joint and a BFH. Very easy and straight forward. Hope this helps.....
