Default Bad 4l60e?

I came across a 05 60e that is said to have 73k.. so i took the pan off to do some up grades before installing it in my 00 hoe. I found this in the pan...i know some gray sludge is common but it was about 3/8" (guess).build up on magnet and a few small metel pieces (picture)on magnet. I assume it is a piece of clutch material?
I don't know enough about these to make decisions...install or bring back?
