I kind of doubt the brackets I used would be the same as what you need but mine work with S10 front calipers and they are intended to be weld on brackets but mine are bolted. Point is they were 10 bucks from speedway motorsports. If they were right for your calipers it might be an option.

Its not the calipers so much as the backing plates since I want to keep the parking brake assembly.

Yea ive called a few shops about it, but no one seems thrilled about it. I find it hard to spend a good chunk of change on something that has worked fine for a couple years, but could be done better...

I was hoping some of the offroad stores and like would have some sitting on the shelf, but that hasnt been the case.

Nope! No one has them but since I know a guy that knows a guy and I think I sort kinda might be able to draw a picture with some numbers for the comp u tator. A high power pressure washer might be able to cut them... LOL

The shops I asked were saying probably 1-2 hours per flange and at 70-90 bucks an hour thats kind of absurd.

Yup. Thats actually cheap. most shops run $150 an hour out here. Takes 5 minutes though on a water jet. Then you just have to tap 4 holes...
I have the cad program. all i need is some scrape a phone call and wait for a freind to get some spare time.

How thick would that be? I was thinking of using at least 3/8"

I want to say mine are just 1/4 inch plate but It may be 3/8 inch.
