Anyone that has done a manual swap what did you do with the the clutch position sensor that is on the master cylinder connecting rod? I cant find the flat 6 pin pigtail for it. Also anyone that is running their factory 4l60e crossmember what did you fab up to mount your manual transmission? I dont really want to buy a 5 speed crossmember when I have welder on hand. I want the angle correct when i mount the t56.

Yo.

Check out my manual swap thread. The connector pigtail part number is in post number 2.

I didn't have to mod my crossmember but your truck could be different.

Thank you sir, yea that’s the connector I need. I assume it’s main purpose is to prevent you from starting the vehicle without the clutch pushed in? Yea your crossmember is different than mine. Mine has a big hump in the middle of it.

Yes. So you want to grab two of the wires from the neutral safety switch and run them to the clutch switch. Don't worry because it is pretty easy.

I had a bucking issue that couldn't be resolved until I wired up the clutch sense portion of the master cylinder switch. That required adding a pin to the PCM but it was worth it. I couldn't poke along in traffic or parking lots until I wired this in.

The final part is for your cruise control interrupt. Very easy to wire in as its just added inline with the circuit coming off the brake pedal switch.
