Well I pulled the trigger and scored a used Circle-D 4c 245mm multi disc converter 3600 stall. I could not pass it up got a great deal. Super excited to install it with the HD2 shift kit and servos. Im still waiting on my cam spec's though

I DD my truck with a Circle D 4C and 4.56 gears. my 4C will stall to 3700 rpm. Love it. But not the most gas friendly set-up. I lock the converter at 41 mph as 90% of my driving is at 45.

My stall is not that high but I find if I set the TCC lockup for a much lower speed in 4th it makes city driving better and probably saves fuel (do this through HPtuners or EFIlive, of course).

I set my tow/haul for no lockup for when I want to stomp on it.

I love my Circle-D.

Edit: Hey, I see AndysC3 had the same idea!

I daily drove a 3600 in a 4x4 rcsb. Converter would flash to ~3800. And I had it set to lock at 50.
