Anyone heard of this???

The questions i asked is has anyone heard of this with any 99 to 07 silverado's and it can be with rcsb or ecsb 2wd, but it's called brakepad knockback! I feel this is what i'm having with my truck and my truck is not lowered at least not yet and the only thing i've replaced is the front and rear shocks with Monroe Reflex and their really good shock i might add. Anyway, the problems is going over bumps or washboard type roads i can hear a rattling/clunking noise from the left front and right front too, at first i thought it was the I-shaft, but i got that replaced and it still makes the noise and even the dealer i took it to could not figure it out and they said it was normal operations, so when I got the truck home i pulled the front wheels off of it and man, i tell ya i dont know if this is right, but i can move both calipers freely within the caliper brackets and when i can move roughly it makes the same damn noise as if i was driving the truck and its very annoying!!! I did check everying and everything is torqued and tight but i can still move the calipers to make the noise and i checked the pad material and theres about 40% to 50% left and so far some of the people ive talked to they said just replaced the pads and forget it, but if i do that and when the new pads wear out and it will do the samething. I did crawl under the truck and check the front crossmember and it was tight and i did notice that the front left inner tie rod boot or bellow is leaking a bit and i don't think this would cause the noise im complaining about. So i really could use anyone's help about this cause i have all of the lowering componets to get this truck done, but now cause of this i have to wait.
Thanks to all Chevy Truck fans
P.S. Give me a few days and i will take a video of me moving the caliper like I described and hopefully someone can give me feedback.

Tweaked 5300, you could try coating the caliper slide pins with a little extra anti-sieze which might help the noise.

I would tighten the crap out of the bolt in crossmember bolts and see if that cures your problem. Like the bulletin said that was posted. I have fixed several of these and not used washers, as the tsb said.
