Default another 14 bolt question

I've found a 14 bolt sf 3.73 & locker out of a 99 1500 real reasonable(350.00) but it has drum brakes. I would like to transfer the disk assembly from my 02 to this rear... has any one done it? Is it strictly bolt on? How about reluctor for ABS ?
Thanks for input
