Default after new gear install few small problems

hey guys, so last night me n my buddy regeared my front diff, put all new bearings, races and seals in and the new 488 gearset...last night after putting it in and getting her back on the road i realized two things...one my truck gets MAD death wobble between 40-50, so im gonna go over everything and see if any bolts loosened up. and now after having no 4wd for 3mo(and the actuator still worked) now it wont...checked the fuse for 4wd, thats good, checked the actuator with acc mode on and the actuator would not expand outwards or even make a click. so my guess is its either the actuator or the actuator harness? i was also just wondering if it is possible that something couldve gotten fucked up that wont allow the diff to engage, also the t-case will engage but not the diff. in order to pull the diff i did have to disconnect my gearbox and the pass side axle tube, im almost 100% positive that the axle tube assy with the clutch fork looking deal and the spring are in the correct way if anyone could help me out itd be greatley appreciated! specially with winter coming up real soon!

thanks

tj
