Active brake control

2005 Avalanche 2wd with active brake control rear axle. Is it possible to switch it to a rear axle without it or can you switch everything from one to the other? is it just ABS sensor on both wheels?

Anybody know if its possible to do this? There's quite a diffrence in price between a active brake control rearend and a standard ABS one .
