Default ABS and BRAKE! light stays on

I just came back from vacation and while I was over there I noticed that sometimes when I turn my truck on the ABS and BRAKE! light on the dash stays on. Later on I found out that my rear diff slipped because of a broken leaf spring bolt, fixed that and the ABS lights still stays on sometimes. What could this be???

Thanks

you need to find out what code your abs module is setting. it could be a hundred things. start with finding out the code.

Get someone to scan your DTC codes, alot of info can be gathered just from one code from the EBCM module.

Like for me, just today i got a 'Service Stability' message, apparently my steering wheel position sensor is acting up. 3 codes, all pointed to that sensor.
