Swapped in another *80E and my heat issue went away. Drove for 15 minutes at 45 MPH, TCC unlocked and it was still at only 102* with the lines still plumbed directly to the 40K. Think I got it up to 12X* driving in 2nd for a bit. Seems my other 80E has an internal issue as well.
