Can someone tell me if there was a change in the rear leaf spring suspension from 99 until present?

 

Nope. Not in the 1500's.

In the HD's, there is a change in hangers in 2003(?).

 

According to DJM's site, there were several different hangers used on the 1500's as well. Look about 1/2 way down the page:

Not sure but the McGaughy kits fit the 99+ 1500 2WD; 99+ 1500 4WD/AWD; 04 1500CC 2WD and 4WD; 99+ 1500HD and 2500 2WD and 4WD and 2500HD 02+ 2WD and 4WD. So if there was a change they must at least use the same mounting points. It looks like any differences are between models or maybe 2 or 4 WD.

 

Looks like one is adjustable and the other is not. Adjustable one also uses all 6 holes while the nonadjustable hanger only uses 4.
