They both ride about the same really. Mine rides alittle harder on bumps with the rear due to a spring recofig i did to handle heavier loads, the shop said its equivlent to a 1 ton if not better. So its alittle bumpy over speed bumps. Otherwise it rides stock I have Rancho RSX shocks which are variable and feel very nice on the road. Feels like a boat sometimes. Big dif going from the C5 to the 99. The fender flares on the 04 are stock. The ones on mine are Xenon painted to match. like this set

Over all I would prolly get the Fabtech over the Rancho, (even though I have a Rancho), but both are top notch and not too many pieces on the front, which comes in handy when aligning. I wanted more of an apperance

just so you know, the rancho is a 6". Same exact height as the fabtech. They are both knuckle lifts that drop teh LCAs 6" and the diff 4.5", netting 6" of lift but giving you slighly sleeper CV angles when set at 6".
