Default 80e teardown

So I pulled the pan a couple weeks ago and it looked pretty normal with just clutch material, but was still having excessive slip with a new converter so I decided to pull it apart sooner rather than later...actually I just took it to Blake and let him do it while I watched I ran a 6.50@107 at an easy 16psi before I pulled it out, so it was still working!

Forwards look good...

Yup those have seen better days...

Seems to be holding up decent to all the power you're making though.

I am pleased with how it performed. It would be pretty neieve to believe a trans will last a long time with 5000lb and 900ft/lbs

Gonna put BWs back in it this time ? I've never had luck with altos , in 60Es or in my Allison , she ate them and wanted more lol.

Do you have any billet shafts installed ? If not stock 80 or 85 ? Just wondering when they are needed.
