Default 80e Q

ok my question is: does the 80e use the same transfer case as a 60e,in other words if i did an 80e swap would i need to pick up a different t-case?

so if i didnt want to completely rebuild my transfer case i should just get one for an 80e... good to know. If i did just grab a t-case for an 80e will the yokes be the same for the front driveshaft, and for the rear? and does the rear d-shaft need to be shortened?

Yokes would be the same. Yes you will have to shorten the rear DS.
