Looking at the pics of the truck it looks like a semi floater to me. I know I need a semi float not a full. All I see in the pic of the truck is an axle poking through the wheel. No hub with a ring of bolts like a full float rear.

I could be mistaken but when I zoom in I don't see any evidence of a full float hub.

A friend of mine has a 2000 2500 that has a semi float 14 bolt in it as well. Unless these are both 2500 ld? His has no badges and the one I'm going to grab next week I haven't personally laid eyes on yet. Just waiting till the guys new truck shows up and I'm going to get the one in the pic

The one in that truck is 14 bolt SF 9.5. It is also a regular 2500 model truck.

You would have to tell us the year when you get it. But I am willing to bet it's a 2000 model. If it is a 2001 it is just a regular 2500 but Like ScreamingL, I have never seen one either.

Sorry to dig this back up but I'm finally getting around to ordering parts (the joys of being self employed and having no free time lol).
Anyhow, measured one of the axles I pulled from my 14 bolt (yes it is a semi float), hooked the tape measure on the wheel flange of the axle and measured to a straight edge laid across the tip of the shaft. Came up with roughly 33 5/16"
The ones you listed were 33.130" according to the link. That close enough from what you were saying or am I dealing with something else here I need to attend to? Just want to make sure before I order. Thank you!

There actually listed wrong across every manufacturer's website. I have used the same basic ones like 3 times now. The axle shaft is actually 33-1/4 overall length best I could measure. There listed as 33 1/8 in length with most replacement brands though.

Once you get the axles you have to set up new brackets with a 2-7/8 offset.

I have all the factory measurements from an 88-98 style 4x4 14 bolt 9.5 here... https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...thread-467473/

There is also a link to EvilGMC's 14 bolt build which I did from a 2000 14 bolt 9.5 housing with those same basic axles.
