Default 4l80e swap taking off in high gear

Hi I've been reading up on here for awhile and decided to build a turbo truck so thanks for all the help now I need a little more as I Did the 80e swap on a 07 seirra Classic had the trans rebuilt and swaped the brown and white wires at the trans connector and added the front iss connector and all that good stuff so went to test it out and the truck goes in reverse fine but in the forward gears it acts like it's in high gear so I unplugged the harness and it takes off easier but dont shift. What could this be? Any help would be appreciated

Just maf codes as it's just laying on the fender. I took the truck to get tuned and the trans was going forward in all gears so didn't get much tuning done but I believe he used hp tuners

So you got the wires, but did you have the tune segment swapped yet? Sounds like you didn't.

You also can't just leave the MAF hanging on the fender. It needs to be hooked up to some sort of intake system.

Y'all think it's in the tune or is there something else I need to check?

80E tune or 80E segment swap? You can't just toss the values from an 80E into a 60E table. The methods for commanding shifts and the wires needed are different. A 60E tune can try to skip from 1-3 whereas an 80E transmission must shift sequentially.

Ok so guess I'll see if I can find someone to look at the tune and see if the segment swap was done. Also wondering if the 80e should shift without in plugged in or does it just default to one gear?
