4l80e swap driveshaft
#1
Finishing up my 4L60E to 4L80E Swap into my 00 Silverado, ECSB 4x4. I got the wiring all done, and the tune done. My only problem I am running into is the driveshaft appears to be too long. I have read and saw people trimmed the yoke itself, but it looks like my yoke is bottoming out on the output shaft on the Transfercase itself. I push the yoke in to the transfercase and I can push all the ways through the rubber seal until it is flush with it. I am assuming its bottoming out on the output shaft.
Is my only option to shorten my driveshaft itself? I read the TH400 yoke is shorter, but from the looks of the shaft, the yoke isn't the problem.
