4l80e question
Are there any differences in wiring between an older style 4l80e like out of a 97-98 truck and a newer 4l80e, out of a 2000 or newer?
I have an older 4l80e trans, but i think my custom wiring harness that I had made was meant for a newer one(if there is a difference). I am having a check engine light come on about my TCC PWM solenoid. Thats why I was asking. Trying to figure out if its a wiring, programming, or sensor problem.

Does anyone know about what rpm range the should I be at cruising about 60mph with the converter locked up? I am running 245/60/15 wheels, older style 4l80e, 3.42 gears. Im just curious
