I don't know if you can make it work with the 6.0 flex plate, but they sent you a hybrid with the 4.8/5.3 flex plate with 80e swap. Did your truck originally come with a 4.8 or 5.3? If so, you can bolt the factory flex plate back on there.

its a motor i bought off of craigslist, it had a 60e behind but now it has an 80e so i swapped the flexplate to the 6.0 flexplate/ i thought the converter would have 6 mounting tabs like the flexplate but it only has 3?

sorry i meant to say 6.0 flexplate with a crank spacer. if that makes a difference.just wanted to know if i could just use 3 bolt holes on the flexplate instead of the six because the circle D converter is listed as an 4L80e LS converter

The 4L80 LS uses the LS bolt pattern. So you will need to remove the spacer and 4L80 flat flexplate and go back with the 60e style dished flexplate. Sorry for the confusion.

Any dished 4L60 will work... but it seems like the truck ones are a little stronger.
