I'm thinking I might start with the converter, pull it out and send to circle D maybe...
I wasn't real happy with the way it acted anyways.
I will post back when I find anything out but it will be probably three weeks before I can do anything.

That swirly goo looks like a combination of clutch debris and maybe metal from the bands? Metal presence is bad news regardless of where it came from, you definitely need a rebuild to get it right again.
The fluid level should be at the top of the HOT area. If your dipstick has two holes at the end then both those holes should be filled with fluid when hot.
