Well Im exactly in the middle of the 4l80 swap. The 60E is out of tthe truck the 80E is in with the new Fuddle converter. A couple of additional costs came up -

1)Cooler lines approx $120
2)Adapter for 4l60E required additional machining $160 on top of the $150 for the part.
3)Seals and Gaskets for the transfer case $150
4)Dust Cover $75

The drive shafts should be ready tomorrow. I 'm sure in the end this will be a worthwhile proposition.
