Hey I put my new Bumper on.....now all I need is my rear brakes installed

 

Honda is at the shop.

Make a appointment for monday.
Hope to get some more feedback on trans. problem from you guys while at the wedding.

Flush your trans...I am willing to bet that there is some debris in there.......

I will leave my keys with you on Tuesday night, take the truck on Wend while I am gone.

 

Try something. Set the gear selector to "2" and get to about 25mph, no hurry. Holding at 25mph take your foot off the gas while downshifting to "1". The truck should lunge forward as engine braking slows you down in first gear. If it doesn't, and feels like nothing happened, the rear band is not engaging. There is only one other thing that band does in a 4L80-E, it's reverse. Could be broken band, piston seal, valve body gasket blowout, etc...

1st good
2nd no good stalls to high with no power from gear to spin tires
3rd good
4th good

probably going to remove trans for a better inspection/freshin up/rebuild? and send converter out to lower stall 3000=3800 to 4000
