Default 4l80 e transmission 2001

OK i had this transmission rebuilt maybe 80 miles ago. when i first start it up everything works reverse and all forward gears.. after about five min of driving i pretty much lose everything. reverse will engage at 3k then disengage. 1 gear will not move. truck will no longer down shift it just stays in whatever gear i up shift into. when i do shift it slips like hell. i can turn the truck off then back on and it will let me take off in first.. i cant take off in any other gear. i have a full custom valve body i have NO electrical going into the trans.. fluid is full.. pump works pressure checked and it is brand new.. it fells like its slipping like crazy and wants to engage but cant. the dealership rebuilt it and they wont do anything for me. the valve body itself is brand new and i didn't give it to them when i had it rebuilt. fluid looks clean. any opinion will help. clutches and rebuild kit was all ray bestes. thank you
