Well I jacked with the regulator and it looked like it may have not been seated right. So I pulled the o-ring out and it fell inside the fuel rail. I got the fuel rail and injectors off and shook the rail saw the o-ring got all excided and it fell back in is there anyway to take the injectors off or the rail caps off and get in there?

I think your just going to have to shake it out the reg hole.
