Default 4L65E to 4L80 repin

Are the 4L60e and the 4L65e harnesses the same? I need to repin the trans harness for use with a 4L80 and just want to make sure the steps would be the same as going from a 4L60e to 4L80.

Yes, the harness is the same.

The difference between a 4L60E to a 4L65E is internal to the transmission.

Thanks, I was able to find the differences between the two, I just couldn't find any info whether they were wired the same or not.

Yep they are wired the same. I used to have a 65e. ( well still do, it's just in a trans crate in garage )
