I have a 1999 Chevrolet with the 5.3 and 4l60e trans. The tranny will not shift I think it's stuck in 1st or 2nd gear, tach and speedo work. My dad hooked his scanner up and said there is no power to the trans. The TPS is good as well as the VSS, we took the pan off and tested the shift solenoids they also tested out good. All grounds are good and hooked up. Ignition switch is good to. Very lost please help

 

Ever figure out what was wrong? Currently dealing with same issue

 

typically this is pin 12, pink wire on the right side has backed out of the main connector. Remove, clean and reseat. This is the +12 vdc the tranny uses to shift....and everything else.
