So I know shift kits get beat to death and I have found a lot of info from searching but I want to try to consolidate all install tips and procedures for the transgo kit in the 4l60e. I have found several different threads saying don't do these steps or don't install these washers, etc. and after a while it gets a bit confusing. I have read about doing a dual feed method that doesn't use the parts supplied in the kit but I think that was for a 4l80e if I remember right.

I am just wanting to install this kit correctly using the correct steps and the correct parts to improve the transmission performance and life as much as possible. Oh and this will be going in a bone stock truck along with a vette servo.
