Default 4l60e Screech

I started having and interesting issue with my 4l60e.
There is no slipping, the shifts are firm and positive -- they do not bang.

However every once in a while, after I've been driving for a while (temp is good). If I try to pass someone, it will downshift and there will be a high pitched screech from under my floor pan.

I am wondering if this is my converter? When my last converter clutch went out a sound similar to this sound occurred, but I also had 0 lock up.

My converter lockup is solid, and the clutch is not engaged when it kicks down...

If I let out, and back in the sound stops and doesn't happen again.

What do you think?
