Yes some are different than others and both make them in house.

Ouch, $500 for just the output shaft...Should I also get the input shaft?

Edit: CK only has the output shaft in stock, would take at least 2 weeks for input as well and I can't wait that long...Ordered it and should be here in 1-2 days, thanks everyone!
