Seriosly, if you pick up a cheap punch set, which you'll find more uses for it than you could imagine, it makes installing the ***** a breeze mine took the smaller steel ball, and no spacer, if youre just getting the accumulator that's irrelevant information... Just reuse the OE springs unless you order the sonnax spring. As for staking the holes, all it is is disrupting the edge of the hole and creating a block for the ball to not get past, i ended up using a somewhat small roll pin punch that had been broken off and had a lip of sorts on it....

that worked, thanks Wolftrk99 i understand now, i have a few punches already i picked up from lowes or homedepot on sale. so there is two springs in the 1-2 accumulator, and no i just got the pinless accumulator piston kit for $9.99 and also the vette servo from amazon for $11.84 plus shipping just waiting on them now.

damn had u dug a little deeper in classified would have found my factory 5 pinion set for sale with a beast shell for 300 bucks. All from a trailblazer ss. Also had a post for corvette servos and the small accumulator Pistons in aluminum. Oh well your going pretty good for a first time on it. I build for a living and looked through the post and looks good so far. If not pinched for time I would consider shipping you the planets and letting you pay me in 3 payments to help you out.
