Default 4l60e 3/4 clutches

I have a 4l60e in my 01 scsb. I've had it rebuilt 2 times so far. Its very 1500 miles or less I have to have him rebuild it. I have a kinda small trans cooler.I have it going through the radiator then the trans cooler then to the trans. I do have a 3600 stall. I dont know why it keeps burning them up. Any help?

What temps does it see? What are your mods? Do you tow a lot?
