Truck is throwing codes into the Transmission control module as well as on the DIC " service 4wd system". Local reputable shop scanned the TCM for the code. Replace the transfer case motor.

SPID calls for an NP8/GM246 transfer case.

Suggestions on a particular brand?

Rock Auto has Dorman, Retech & A1.

Napa has theirs as well.

Whatever comes with a good warranty??

I've used dorman parts on tons of stuff and napa stuff. Havent had any problems yet.

Have you priced out or found a delco unit yet??
