Default 4L60-E Transmission Part Question

I have a 5.3 with the 4L60-E trans out of an 03 Tahoe. Can anyone tell me what part this is? Located on the shift lever and has 10 wires going to it. One wire shows it goes to PCM pin C1-34 (wht) - "Transmission Range Switch Signal P".
One wire goes to PCM pin C1-72 (yel) - "Transmission Range Switch Signal B".

Is this the neutral safety switch? Don't know if this makes a difference, but this is a flex fuel motor.

This motor is being installed into a 55 Chevy Suburban.

Thanks for the help.
