My unckle has a 03 silverado with a 4-6 drop, and he's wondering if he can put 22s. He's wondering what backspacing the wheels should have and tire size. If possible can you include pictures Thanks in advance. BTW I did a search and could not find anything.

 

Yes sir! 22's fit on a 4/6 drop! Gonna have to go with a 35 or 40series! Not sure about the backspacing. Member "TwankyDuece is runin a 4/6 with 22's he should definetly know!

 

265/35/22 should be the correct tire size. I don't know about the backspacing on the wheels though. Like said above, contact twankyduece. I know he had to cut a little on the front fenders for clearence though.

 

I believe you need a 7.5" backspacing for 22's not to rub. It also depends on the width of the wheel but, 7.5" for a 10" wheel.
